Modern Baths & Kitchen Design offer easily and affordable shipping anywhere in the United States.For shipping outside of the United States, please call us for a custom shipping quote at 818-506-9966.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately for any shipping damages. If such does occur, we must be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may only be honored prior to shipment of your order. A full refund will be granted less 30% for processing and re-stocking. Once an item has shipped the terms of our Return policy will apply.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us immediately and send it back within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed. All items must be in its original packaging and in "NEW CONDITION" in order to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, CREDIT OR REFUND.
There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
